Sideline Command ("Sideline Command," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a youth flag football platform operated by Dymond Inc and available at sidelinecommand.com. The Service includes the coach app, the parent and athlete app (including team chat and photo/video sharing), live scoreboards and game streaming, and the league management platform.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Children's Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms as described in Section 17.
The Service exists for youth sports, so much of the content on it is about children. This section explains who is responsible for that content and the permissions behind it. It applies to all content involving a minor: roster information, photos, videos, game footage, statistics, and anything else that identifies or depicts a child.
When you post, upload, or enter any content involving a minor — a photo, a video, a roster entry, anything — you represent and warrant that:
If you cannot make this promise for a given child, do not post content about that child.
When a parent or guardian registers a child for a league or team through the Service (including the league registration form), that registration constitutes the parent's or guardian's consent to the platform's collection and use of the child's information as described in our Privacy Policy and our Children's Privacy Notice. Registration includes explicit, individually presented consent checkboxes (such as the liability waiver and the photo/video consent), and we record what was agreed to, when, and under which version of the consent language.
The photo/video consent is a real control, not paperwork: a child's photo is only shown on public surfaces (such as public scoreboards) if that child's photo consent is on. See Section 6.
Coaches, team administrators, and league administrators ("Team Admins") who create or manage roster records are responsible for the player data they enter and maintain. Team Admins agree that:
Parents can always contact us directly as well (see Section 4.5); the coach-first route exists for speed, not as a barrier.
Any league, club, or organization that uses the Service to run registration, manage rosters, or operate games represents and warrants that it collects all parental consents required by applicable law at the time of registration, including consent to the collection and use of each child's information and (where the organization intends to allow it) consent to photography and recording. Where the organization uses our built-in registration form, the form's consent checkboxes are the mechanism for collecting these consents and the organization is responsible for ensuring its waiver and consent language is accurate and lawful for its jurisdiction.
If a parent or legal guardian objects to content involving their child, or withdraws a previously given consent, we will endeavor to promptly remove or restrict that content. Two routes are available, and you may use either or both:
Turning off a child's photo consent removes the child's photo from public surfaces. Removal requests for other content (for example, media shared in team chat) are handled case by case, and we commit to honoring direct removal requests from a verified parent or guardian for content depicting or identifying their minor child.
"User Content" means plays, formations, playbooks, rosters, game data, statistics, messages, photos, videos, clips, and any other content you create or upload to the Service. You own your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your plays, your photos, your videos, or anything else you create.
By uploading User Content, you grant Sideline Command a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and adapt (for example, transcoding video, generating thumbnails, or resizing images) your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services for you and the team members and league participants you share it with.
To be explicit about what this license is not:
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to upload and share everything you post, that it does not violate anyone else's rights, and — for content involving minors — that you have made and kept the promises in Section 4.1.
Be honest with yourself about who can see what:
This is a youth sports environment. You agree not to:
See our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed content and conduct standards. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination under Section 14.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are displayed within the Service and on our website at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice.
Payments — including subscription fees and, where a league enables it, league registration fees — are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
When you pay a registration fee to a league through the Service, the fee amount and any refund terms are set by the league, not by us. Registration refund requests should go to the league first; we will assist where we can.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sidelinecommand.com. You keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we may offer refunds case by case for billing errors, service outages, or other exceptional circumstances.
Sideline Command — including its name, logo, design, code, default playbooks, system plays, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Dymond Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
System-provided default playbooks and plays are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You may modify the copies assigned to your account, but you may not redistribute the originals or bulk exports commercially.

The features, methods, and architectures showcased in our "Patent Pending — 13 Innovations" disclosure (linked from the Sideline Command landing page and reproduced on this Service) are disclosed in United States Provisional Patent Application No. 64/009,533, filed March 18, 2026, prepared by Foley & Lardner LLP (Attorney Docket No. 147315-0102; Customer No. 38706). The corresponding non-provisional application is scheduled to be filed on or before March 18, 2027, preserving our March 18, 2026 priority date.
The disclosed innovations include — without limitation — the QB Intercom Bluetooth coach-to-player audio system, the bidirectional AI coaching pipeline, the SyncEngine trim-point video synchronization architecture, the computer-vision play-diagram ingestion pipeline, the three-way role-based authority and auto-escalation game-state system, the multimodal streaming-overlap AI commentary pipeline, the multi-language native commentary generation system, the latency-masking filler-topic queue, the structured sponsor-mention commentary integration with per-mention billing, the licensed-voice royalty accounting system, the jersey-number-with-roster-correlation player identification, the coach-event-triggered virtual pan from a single stationary 4K camera, and the per-element animation timing system with serialized ball-transfer event schema.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction, derivative works, or reverse engineering for competitive purposes of the disclosed innovations may infringe pending patent claims when the corresponding non-provisional applications issue. Sideline Command and Dymond Inc. reserve all rights — statutory, equitable, or otherwise — available under the patent laws of the United States and applicable international treaties.
Builders, researchers, or competitors developing potentially-overlapping work are encouraged to contact us in advance at coach@sidelinecommand.com regarding licensing, partnership, or pre-publication review. We are open to good-faith collaboration; we will pursue infringement only where necessary to protect our investment.
Counsel of Record: Foley & Lardner LLP. This Section 9.4 is informational and does not constitute legal advice or a representation regarding the scope of any pending or future patent claims.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, database and storage, payment processing, error monitoring, email delivery, push notification delivery, and AI model processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and policies where applicable. The categories of providers and what they receive are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of linked sites.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYMOND INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dymond Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing support@sidelinecommand.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity, and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Plainly:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or for other reasons with reasonable notice. For severe violations (illegal activity, harassment, child-safety issues), we may terminate immediately without prior notice.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@sidelinecommand.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, conducted in [STATE] or remotely by agreement. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration provision is null and void. Either party may still seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access, and either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Qualifying claims may instead be brought in small claims court.
California law (Business & Professions Code Section 22581) gives California residents under 18 the right to request removal of content they themselves posted. Because minors do not hold accounts on the Service, this scenario should not arise — but if a California minor has posted content through any means, the minor or their parent or guardian may request its removal by emailing support@sidelinecommand.com, and we will remove or anonymize it as the statute requires. Note that removal from the Service does not ensure complete removal from the internet if the content was re-shared by others, and content may persist briefly in backups.
Independently of any statute, our parent removal commitment in Section 4.5 applies to all parents and guardians in every state.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms. When we make material changes:
