About HuddleIQ

What it is

A huddle tool that picks the best play from your playbook based on what the defense is showing you. Zero typing, 3 quick taps.

When to use it

Any down, any distance. Most useful when the defense is doing something unexpected and you need a call fast. Built for game speed — 5 seconds in the huddle.

How it works

  • Step 1 — Tap the defense you see. 8 flag-accurate looks per game format (5v5 / 6v6 / 7v7). Use the rush toggle to tell it whether they're bringing pressure or sitting back in coverage.
  • Step 2 — Tap where you see space: left, middle, or right.
  • Step 3 — Top 3 plays from your playbook, ranked. Tap the call to open it.

What shapes the ranking

  • Defense coverage (man / zone / blitz) vs your play's tags
  • Rush rule from your team settings — short rush favors quick game, long rush allows developing routes
  • Formation-specific logic (Cover 3 → flats open; Quarters → kill deep; Robber → avoid middle)
  • Your play history (success rate + use count)
